We need a manager who combines operational excellence with a love for music and culture. The ideal candidate has:
- Restaurant management experience – you know how to run a smooth, profitable operation.
- Hands-on service background
- A background in music or cultural studies – formal education or significant practical experience in music, arts, or event curation is a strong plus.
- Excellent language skills – fluent in English and Chinese (to communicate with our team, including chefs and staff). Danish is a big advantage, as it helps with local suppliers and daily interactions.
Your Responsibilities
As our Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our new concept. Your key tasks will include:
- Designing and implementing the music-restaurant concept – curating playlists, planning live or DJ events, and aligning the audio experience with our brand.
- Creating staff rotas – ensuring optimal coverage while respecting work-life balance.
- Leading service-quality training – coaching the team to deliver warm, professional, and consistent service.
- Working closely with the kitchen team – ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house for a flawless end-to-end guest journey.
- Overseeing daily operations – from opening procedures to guest relations, inventory, and health & safety standards.
