ActiveGrill master, asado parrillero
Grill Master Chef wanted
Do you love the smell of wood smoke and the sound of meat hitting a hot grill? We're looking for an experienced Grill Master to lead our fire and bring real passion to every plate.
What you bring
At least 5 years of experience in a hot kitchen
Fluent English (required)
Valid hygiene and food handling certification, plus a chef's qualification
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, cooking points, and fire management
A calm, organised approach during busy service
Bonus points
Background as a butcher
Asado experience, especially traditional gaucho techniques
Open-fire and wood-fired cooking
Baking or dessert skills would be considered as bonus.
Languages
English is a must
Spanish will make your daily work easier
Danish and Nepali are useful
Any other language is a plus. Our kitchen is international and we love that.
What we offer
Full-time starting 1.1.2027
Salary /4.000-5.000 euros before taxes
